The Wind in the Valley

It takes me to a valley
of neither grass nor tree.
It is an everlasting place
frozen in time
but ticking away.
The memories stay
and they fog
they never fully disappear.
I can see farther there
a person, a thing?
a man.
His eyes overwhelm his features
his lips sit...
